Provide exceptional, detailed service to our clients and their families or caregivers, providing guidance and direction to our aides, if needed. Our skill nurses, home health aides and other staff members are carefully screened and selected for their skill, knowledge, dedication, compassion, demeanor and professionalism.
We provide a wide range of services delivered with care and compassion. Our extensive care options range from skill nurse care to a light housekeeping helping your loved one with activities of daily living. No matter what your needs are, our flexible scheduling means we are available for your needs. We accommodate foreign-speaking patients by pairing them with skilled services and home health aides who can communicate with them in their most comfortable languages, including English, Spanish, Creole, among others.
With Absolute HH, you can be confident that the patient is receiving the quality of care you expect. We implemented a telephone app system used by our staff, ensuring that all the shift’s schedule is being adhered to properly. We maintain supervision to monitoring our aide’s punctuality, performance and professionalism, using Electronic Visit Verification System (EVV), where we can track caregiver Check-in and Check-out from a user-friendly map and getting reports on who missed that.
Recovering from home after surgery can limit you with your daily activities. Whether you are recovering from any surgery, our trained professional skilled caregivers can assist you to a healthy and complete recovery.
Philosophy
Trough home care services make aging-in-place possible for seniors every year. Instead of moving to an assisted living facility or a nursing home, seniors can continue living where they feel happiest and most comfortable, their home.
